| Distribution | Cell line available for distribution. For non-commercial investigative use only |
| Hazard | |
| Species validation | Validated by HLA-DP beta: confirmed as human by PCR |
| Passage number | 33 |
| Tumorigenicity | tumorigenic in nude mice |
| Freezing medium | 93% FBS + 7% DMSO |
| Validation assays | Identification confirmed by Short Tandem Repeat (STR) profile. |

| Comments | the cells are difficult to culture; they grow very slowly, are hard to disaggregate and detach by simply adding PBS; trypsin is used to disaggregate the cells. Thaw the cells with medium supplemented with 20% FBS. More detailed technical instructions will be available on request. |
